Michael and Ian played their Top 8 game on KGS of a Saturday evening. Michael made a bad start, losing nigiri, and never recovered. After losing a central group he resigned, this result has been reflected in the championship table.
As a reminder, the AGM, which takes places on the 21st of October at Larry Murphy’s, will mark the end of this year’s Top 8.
